We request that you adhere to our COVID-19 protocols while in our lab, including:

• Masks must be worn at all times in the lab space. 

• Patients are required to cancel their appointment if they experience symptoms.

• Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door. 

• Screening questions will be asked at arrival. 

• Only one patient will be seen at a time.

• Physiotherapists will wash hands with soap and warm water before and after each patient. 

• Treatment areas and equipment will be sanitized after each patient. 

• The reception, office, washroom, and door handles, will be regularly sanitized. 

• Ventilation and fan use will be increased to allow proper air flow. 

• Physiotherapists will be screened daily for Covid-19 and will stay at home if symptoms appear.
